Problems encountered:
If we want to check the card issuer for virtual cards, we usually search the Bin Checker website, but some BINs can’t find details even if we use the latest and most accurate database, and we don’t know which card issuer issued them, so what should we do?
Solution:
If you already have the card number information for this virtual card, here’s a little trick to find out which bank issued the card. I’ve tested it, but there’s no guarantee it will work 100%.
You can bind this virtual card to Apple Pay, and Apple Pay will display an image of the card. This should be the bank’s official card pattern retrieved from the relevant database, so you can see which bank issued this card.
